Service - the Internet service "begreen.com.pl", operating at the address https://begreen.com.pl.
Service Provider - the company "Dream Trade Paweł Wojnicz" with registered address: 12 Wrzesińska Street, 21 03-713 Warsaw, NIP: 5321682721,
Customer - any natural person accessing the Site and using the services provided through the Site by the Service Provider.
Electronic Communication - Communication between the parties via electronic mail (e-mail) and contact forms available on the Website.
II. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the operation and use of the Site and define the rights and obligations of the Client and Service Provider relating to the use of the Site.
The object of the Service Provider's services is to make available, free of charge, tools in the form of the Site, enabling the Service Recipients to access content in the form of posts, articles and audiovisual materials or web applications and electronic forms.
Any possible content, articles and information containing the characteristics of tips or advice published on the Site are only a general collection of information and are not addressed to individual Service Recipients. The Service Provider is not responsible for any use made of them by the Client.
The Client takes full responsibility for the use of the materials made available on the Site, including their use in accordance with applicable law.
The Service Provider does not give any warranty as to the suitability of the materials posted on the Site.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Service Recipients or third parties in connection with the use of the Site. Any risk related to the use of the Site, and in particular to the use and application of the information posted on the Site, shall be borne by the Client using the Site.
III. Terms and conditions of using the Site
The use of the Site by any Client is free of charge and voluntary.
Clients are required to read these Terms and Conditions and the other documents which form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and must accept them in full to continue using the Site.
Service recipients may not use any personal data obtained on the Website for marketing purposes.

In order to ensure the safety of the Service Provider, the Service Recipient and other Service Recipients using the Site, all Service Recipients using the Site should adhere to generally accepted network security principles,
Activities carried out personally by recipients or by means of software are prohibited:

without written permission, cause excessive load on the Site server,
without written permission, attempting to discover vulnerabilities in the security of the Site and the configuration of the server,

take any action aimed at damaging or blocking the operation of the Site or preventing the Site from fulfilling its purpose.
In the event that a Cyber Security incident or breach of the RODO is detected or has the potential to occur, Service Recipients should in the first instance report this to the Service Provider in order to quickly rectify the problem/threat and safeguard the interests of all Service Recipients.

V. Collection of data about Clients
For the purpose of proper provision of services by the Site, to safeguard the Service Provider's legal interest and to ensure that the Site operates in accordance with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data on Users through the Site.
In order to properly provide services, the Site uses and records certain anonymous information about the User in cookies.

VI. Copyright
The Service Provider is the owner of the Website and the copyright of the Website.
Part of the data posted on the Site is protected by copyright belonging to companies, institutions and third parties, not related in any way to the Service Provider, and is used under licences obtained or based on a free licence.
Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form or to store in search systems, with the exception of the search engines Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook and LinkedIn any articles, descriptions, images and any other content, graphic, video or audio material on the Site without the written consent or authorisation of the legal owner of the same.
Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, simple press releases, understood as information itself, without any commentary or assessment by the author, are not protected. The author understands this to mean that he is free to use the information from the posted texts, but not to copy all or part of the articles, as long as this is not indicated in the individual material on the website.
VII. Amendments to the Terms of Service
All provisions of the Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally amended by the Service Provider at any time, without giving reasons.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall come into effect immediately after their publication.
Any Client continuing to use the Site after the Terms and Conditions have been amended shall be deemed to have accepted them in full.
VIII. Final provisions
The Service Provider shall make every effort to ensure that the services of the Site are offered on a continuous basis. However, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any disruption caused by force majeure or unauthorised interference by Clients, third parties or external automated programmes.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information posted on the Site at a time of the Service Provider's choosing, without prior notification to the Service Recipients using the Site.
The Service Provider reserves the right to shut down the Site temporarily, in whole or in part, in order to improve it, add services or carry out maintenance, without prior notice to the Service Recipients.
The Service Provider reserves the right to shut down the Site permanently, without prior notice to Service Recipients.
The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in part or in whole, any of its rights and obligations relating to the Site, without the consent of and without the possibility of any objection by the Client.
